In the ambit of the PORBASE cooperation activities the constant updating of information concerning the cooperant libraries is of vital importance. Taking that into consideration the National Library created the PORBASE Directory.
A list of libraries that cooperate with the National Bibliographic Database is available online, since September 2005, and is called the PORBASE Directory. This directory offers various forms of searches, with more or less detail, where all contact information can be found and is updated by the cooperant himself on a real time basis.
