This project is based on the shared responsibility for accessing Masters and Doctorates theses and dissertations by promoting their submission and deposit in digital format and constituting a normalized database of these resources. In this case, the cooperation involves the National Library of Portugal, as the depositing and normalizing entity, and higher educational libraries as well as teachers and authors.
